Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own eco-friendly cleaning products and standard equipment. If you have specific products you prefer, we’re happy to use those as well.
How do you price?
Pricing is based on the size of your space, the type of cleaning, and how often you book. We keep things transparent and confirm the scope and price before any service.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients aren’t home during their cleaning. As long as we have access, we’ll take care of everything and leave your space secure when we’re done.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to manage our schedule fairly for both our team and other clients. Details are shared when your booking is confirmed.
Can you use my products if I prefer?
Absolutely. While we use eco-friendly products by default, we’re happy to use your preferred products or follow specific instructions if requested.
